UNDERGRADUATE COURSE-B.H.M.S. -100 SEATS PER YEAR Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine & Surgery course is for Five & Half Years duration including 1 year of internship. Eligibility : Students who have passed 10+2 examination (PCB) with minimum of 50% aggregate are eligible for admission. Admissions are based on common entrance test conducted by the Indraprastha University. BHMC which is recognised as Sikh Minority Institution, the seat allocation is as per University guidelines. 50% of sanctioned seats are reserved for Delhi Region Candidates, to be filled up on the basis of the rank attained in CET conducted by the University. Remaining 50% seats are reserved to be filled on All India Basis. The seats shall be filled on the basis of the rank attainted in CET.
POST-GRADUATE COURSE – M.D.(HOMOEOPATHY)
Duration of Courses : 1. Regular - Three years including one year of house job – 42 seats 2. External - Two years - 27 seats
Eligibility No candidate shall be admitted to M.D. (Hom.) course unless he possesses one of the following qualifications: Regular Candidates Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery or equivalent qualification in Homoeopathy (B.H.M.S.) included in the second schedule of the act, after undergoing a course of study of not less than five years and six months duration including one year compulsory internship; or Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery (Graded Degree) or equivalent qualification in Homoeopathy included in the second schedule of the act, after undergoing a course of study of not less than four years duration. External Candidates A candidate who has passed the final examination of Diploma Course in Homoeopathy of not less than four years duration shall be eligible for admission to the examination as External Candidate, if he/she: Holds full time regular post not below the rank of Assistant Professor, or Has seven-years of teaching experience in recognized Homoeopathic Medical College, or Has Ten-Years of Professional Experience.
